1. Who Operates This Store

ryxtkj (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website. These terms apply to your use of the store and purchases made through it, along with the product information and policies shown before checkout.

2. Store Use

When placing an order, provide complete and accurate contact, payment, and delivery details. You must be legally able to place an order or, where necessary, have permission from a parent or guardian.

Do not use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, disrupt its operation, or access information or systems without authorization.

3. Products and Store Information

Please read a product’s description, sizing details, materials, and care instructions before ordering. Colors may look different depending on your device and display settings. Your rights remain unaffected if an item is defective, substantially different from its description, or sent by mistake.

We work to keep prices, availability, and product details accurate. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and tell you what options are available. We will not send a substitute product or charge you more without your agreement. If we cannot supply an item, we will let you know and refund any payment collected for it.

4. Pricing and Payment

The store and checkout show the applicable price and currency. You will see any applicable taxes and the final total before paying.

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. Checkout shows the available payment methods, and payments are handled by the payment providers offered there.

5. Orders and Shipping

We currently deliver only to addresses in the United States. Orders are normally processed in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 5–10 business days in transit after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our Shipping Policy provides more detail.

For an address correction, order change, or cancellation request, email hello@ryxtkj.com as soon as possible. We will check whether the change can be made before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies.

6. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns can be requested within 30 calendar days after delivery. We pay return shipping costs and charge no restocking or return handling fee.

We will inspect a return after receiving it and notify you of the outcome. If approved, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 15 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.

7. Shopify and Personal Information

Shopify hosts this store. When you browse or purchase from it, Shopify processes information to provide commerce and related services. Shopify and other service providers may process information outside your country.

8. Website Content and External Services

Intellectual property rights in website materials may belong to us or to third parties. Buying a product does not transfer those rights. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

A link to an external service does not, on its own, mean that we are affiliated with or endorsed by that service. If you use one, please read its applicable terms and privacy notice.

9. Issues, Rights, and Updates

Contact us if you have a problem with the website or an order so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. These terms do not exclude or restrict consumer rights, statutory warranties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

We may revise these terms for future use of the store. Subject to applicable law, a purchase remains governed by the terms and policies presented when you placed that order. We will communicate material changes where required.
