Shipping policy

1. Where We Ship and Shipping Charges

ryxtkj ships to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order. International shipping is currently unavailable.

2. Processing Your Order

Once an order is confirmed and payment is successfully completed, we normally prepare and dispatch it within 1–2 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. This processing period does not include the time a carrier takes to deliver the package.

3. Delivery Estimates

Transit after dispatch is estimated at 5–10 business days. With processing included, we aim for delivery within 6–12 business days of order confirmation.

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Severe weather, holidays, carrier disruptions, or other unforeseen events can delay delivery. If your order faces a significant delay, we will share the information available to us and any resolution options required by applicable law.

5. Shipment Notifications

We will email shipment information to the address you provided when ordering. When carrier tracking is available, we will include it in that update. The first tracking scan may take some time to appear.

6. Address Changes and Delivery Issues

Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. If you spot an error, email hello@ryxtkj.com promptly. We will check whether the address can be updated before dispatch.

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but cannot be found, email hello@ryxtkj.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances and applicable law. A carrier’s delivery status alone does not automatically close your claim.

7. Returns

You may request an eligible return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We pay return shipping costs. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions and arrange shipping at our expense.
